Website terms & privacy.
How this website works, and what we do with the information you send us. Last updated November 3, 2026. These terms cover the website only; the terms of any rental are set out in your written quote.
By using this website or sending us a quote request, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. Questions: call or text 253-486-3531.

1. Who we are
"Palladium Heating and Cooling", "we", "us" and "our" mean Palladium Heating and Cooling, an equipment rental business operating in Washington State. "You" means anyone using this website or sending us a request through it. A quote request on this site is a request for information. It is not an order, and nothing on this site is an offer to rent at a particular price. Any rental is agreed separately, in writing, with its own terms.
2. Using the site
- You may use this site to learn about our services and to contact us. You may not copy, scrape, resell, or republish the site or its content, interfere with how it runs, or use it to send spam or anything unlawful.
- The Palladium Heating and Cooling name, logo, photos, videos and text are ours (or used with permission). You may not use them for your own business or marketing without our written OK.
- Please give us accurate contact details. If you send a request on behalf of a company, you confirm you're allowed to.
- The site may link to other websites or services (for example a map or a form provider). We're not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
3. Content and accuracy
- Photos and videos on this site include computer-generated renderings, marked "Rendering". They are illustrations of how the equipment is used, not photographs of a specific job, and results on your site will depend on your building, weather, ducting and setup.
- Specifications such as BTU ratings, airflow, size, weight and electrical requirements come from the manufacturer's published data and the equipment nameplate. They may change without notice. Confirm current specs with us before relying on them.
- Nothing on this site is engineering, electrical, safety, code or legal advice. Temporary heat and power should be sized and installed by your own qualified people, following your site's rules, local codes and any permit or fire-marshal requirements.
- We try to keep the site accurate, but we don't promise that it's complete, current, or free of errors, or that it will always be available.
4. Privacy policy
4.1 What we collect
When you send a quote request, we collect what you type: your name, company, phone number, email, the jobsite or event location, dates, and the details you add. When you call or text, we may keep notes of the conversation. The site itself does not use advertising trackers; our hosting may record basic technical information such as your browser type, IP address and the pages you visit so the site works and so we can fix problems.
4.2 How we use it
- To answer your request and prepare a quote.
- To contact you about your request (see section 5).
- To keep the business records the law requires.
- To keep the site working and secure.
4.3 We do not sell your information
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone, and we do not share it for other people's marketing. We share it only with services that help us run the site and answer you: for example the form or email service that carries your message to us, or our hosting provider; and when the law requires it, such as a court order. Any service we use may only use your information to do that job for us.
Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to third parties for their own marketing. This site does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, because it does not track you across other sites in the first place.
4.4 Keeping it safe
We keep your information in password-protected systems and only as long as we need it for the purposes above and for the records the law requires. No method of storage or transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee security, but we take reasonable care.
4.5 Your choices
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (we may need to keep records the law requires). You can opt out of any non-essential messages at any time. To do any of these, call or text 253-486-3531 or email us.
4.6 Children
This site is for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
5. How we'll contact you
By sending a quote request, you agree that Palladium Heating and Cooling may contact you about that request by phone call, text message (SMS) or email at the number and address you give us. These are one-to-one messages about your own request, typically a handful of messages until your quote is settled; we don't send automated marketing texts unless you separately ask for them. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts (or HELP for help), or tell us by phone or email, and we'll stop. Consent to texts is not a condition of doing business with us; you can always just call. We keep a record of the consent wording you agreed to and when.
6. Liability for the site
To the fullest extent Washington law allows, this website is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or anything on it, including decisions you make based on its content, or for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Washington law. Liability relating to an actual rental is addressed in the written terms of that rental, not here.
7. Law, disputes and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. If you have a problem with this site, contact us first at the details below and give us 30 days to sort it out; most things are a phone call. Any dispute about this site that we can't resolve will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Washington State, and both of us agree to that venue. Nothing here limits your rights under the Washington Consumer Protection Act or any other law that can't be waived. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these terms and this policy; the date at the top tells you when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
8. Accessibility and electronic communications
We want everyone to be able to use this site. It is built to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1 AA) where we can: text alternatives for images, keyboard navigation, readable contrast. If something on the site is hard for you to use, call or text 253-486-3531 and we'll help you directly and fix it. By contacting us through the site, you agree that we may send you notices, quotes and agreements electronically (email or a link to an e-signature document) and that an electronic signature counts the same as a signature on paper, as Washington law allows.
